| In 1988 Tim McKay started a small carpet cleaning business called Tim`s Custom Cleaning. In 1998 it was decided to expand the business by purchasing a Bane-CleneŽ truck mount cleaning system, become incorporated and change the name to Tim`s Cleaner Carpets, Inc. As the demand for the services we provided grew, so did the business. We began to expand more as we saw different needs from our customers. In January 2008 we changed the name to Tim`s Cleaner Carpets & Restoration, Inc. to reflect that we are not only a full service cleaning company but water, fire & mold damage restorators as well. So, here it is 20 years later and the business currently employs 6 full time and 6 part time employees. We are all very excited about our new services, products & possibilities we can offer our customers. |

Our charges are based only on the square footage of carpet cleaned, so you are never overcharged. We would also be glad to apply carpet protector and odor control. We also offer furniture and drapery cleaning.
This is done by either wet or dry cleaning performed right in your home! No inconvenience to you because they stand no risk of damage. Draperies can even be cleaned in place and our safe process will not shrink or harm delicate fabrics.
